業務内容
・Linux/Windowsサーバー、ネットワークスイッチ、ファイアウォールの運用・保守・トラブルシューティング
・ユーザー管理業務（アカウント管理、グループ管理など）
・ロンドン近郊のデータセンターにて、ハードウェアベンダーによるサーバーやネットワーク機器の設置作業の立ち会い
・ユーザーサポート、問題のトラブルシューティング、ハードウェア／ソフトウェアベンダーへの問い合わせ
・運用手順書の作成、マニュアル作成、ユーザー向け告知、社内アプリケーション関連の文書化
・実装・テストを含むプロジェクト業務、およびスクリプト、ドキュメント、パラメータシート、テスト計画書など関連リソースの作成
・マネージャーから割り当てられるその他の臨時業務
応募要件
（必須）
・Linuxサーバー（RedHat）の管理経験
（アカウント、グループ管理、パフォーマンス、プロセス管理など）
・一般的なネットワーク技術やプロトコルの理解
・ドキュメント作成スキル
・ビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語
（歓迎）
・Windowsサーバー管理経験
・IAサーバーハードウェアのトラブルシューティングスキル
・NetApp、VMwareの管理経験
・シェルスクリプトの知識
・業務効率化のための運用自動化スキル
・メンバーマネジメントの経験
