電話やメールで受ける一般的な問い合わせ、依頼、フィードバックに対応する
海外引越しチームと連携し、非常に高いサービス基準が提供されるよう確保する
【求める人材像】
最低限ディプロマまたは学士号（物流またはサプライチェーンマネジメント分野が望ましい）
引越しサービスまたは物流業界での営業経験が2～3年以上あることが望ましい
ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力（日系を含めたグローバルな顧客と応対するため）
「ハンター型」営業経験があること
優れた営業実績、強力なコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキルを有すること
チームベースの環境で機能するため、快活な態度と前向きな姿勢を持つこと
多様な文化・背景を持つあらゆるレベルの人々と協働できること
外向的で親しみやすい性格
チームプレイヤーであること
