タイトル：Secretarial Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities（業務内容）
- 企業秘書業務に関する窓口として、クライアントへ手続きや必要書類を分かりやすく案内する。
- 定型的な決議書や議事録の作成、複雑な法務書類の内容を正確にチェックする。
- KYC（本人確認）およびデューデリジェンスを実施し、必要書類の収集・精査を行う。
- 法人銀行口座開設に関する手続きの調整、銀行との連絡、書類準備をサポートする。
- 法定期限や手続きの進捗を管理し、コンプライアンスを確保する。
- 関連経験（日本またはシンガポールでの法務文書を扱った経験）
ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（社内・社外とのコミュニケーションをとる必要があるため）
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語（社内・社外とのコミュニケーションをとる必要があるため）
給与：S$4,000程度（ご経験に応じて変動します）
勤務時間：柔軟に対応（在宅勤務週に２回）
