インド市場における財務業務の管理責任者として、現地インド人メンバーの管理、および日本人MD,日本本社への報告業務まで財務・経理業務全般のマネジメントをお願いいたします。
■インドと日本の会計基準へのコンプライアンスの徹底/コンプライアンスとリスク管理
■日本本社への財務報告/財務報告、分析業務、キャッシュフロー管理
■インド事業とグローバル財務チームとの重要な連絡役としての役割
■インドにおける会社全体の目標に沿ったコスト管理および戦略的財務計画の立案/戦略的財務計画、予算編成と予測
■インド人経理部署のマネジメント、教育
