仕事内容：
社長補佐（幹部候補）として、製品知識を付けていただいた後に、様々な業務にチャレンジしていただきます。
具体的には
■顧客からの依頼のヒアリング・提案
※パッケージのデザイン、印刷手法（光沢・マットetc.)、使用素材をお客様とご相談をしながら決定していきます。
■見積書や提案書の作成
■工場の現場監督・管理
■現MDの補佐業務
応募資格：
【必須条件】
■新しい知識やスキルを習得し、業務を通じて主体的に成長を追求する意欲をお持ちの方。
■将来的にマネージャー、事業責任者（MD）などの幹部ポジションを目指し、組織の中核を担う意欲と志をお持ちの方。
【歓迎条件】
社会人経験2年以上お持ちの方。
