• システム開発またはビジネスシステムアナリストとして、プロジェクト全体の業務をリードし、高品質な成果物の提供を推進する

• 関係者との調整を行いながら、プロジェクトの計画から実行・導入までを管理し、成功に導く

• チーム内でリーダーシップを発揮し、システム開発・分析における方向性や優先順位、ベストプラクティスについて指導・支援する

• Lead system development or business system analysis activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

• Drive and manage end-to-end project execution, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

• Provide leadership within the team, offering guidance on project direction, priorities, and best practices in system development and analysis

• 各種プログラミング言語を用いた強力なデータ／システム分析スキル

• Oracle データベース、MS-SQL Server、MongoDB、Linux、ネットワーキングに関する十分な知識

• データ構造およびデータ管理に関する知識と実務経験

• 優れた問題解決能力

• 優れたコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、人間関係構築スキル

• Strong data/system analytics skills using various coding language

• Good knowledge of Oracle database, MS-SQL Server, MongoDB, Linux, networking
