このポジションは、ITシニアマネージャーとして、リテールシステムの導入・最適化を通じて店舗運営を支援します。POSやCRMなどのシステム管理、プロジェクト推進、ユーザーサポートを担当していただきます。

- 日本国内のリテールソリューションの要件定義と改善提案
- POSやCRMなどのローカルシステム管理、グローバルPOSとの統合
- 新店舗オープンやシステム導入に関するプロジェクト管理
- エンドユーザー向けトレーニングの企画・実施
- 1次・2次レベルのアプリケーションサポート対応
