Job Description
静岡県の工場で医療機器の輸出業務を中心に、倉庫管理や輸送手配、通関対応などを担当するポジションです。海外とのやり取りや貿易コンプライアンス業務も含まれ、英語を使ったグローバルな業務に携わることができます。

医療機器を扱うグローバル企業の日本拠点で、国内外に製品を提供する業務を行っています。地方拠点ながら海外との連携が多く、国際的なプロジェクトに関わる機会があります。
職務内容
・医療機器の輸出業務全般（出荷手配、納期調整、顧客対応）
・倉庫管理および輸送手配、安全管理の実施
・通関手続きや貿易コンプライアンス対応（承認プロセスや官公庁対応など）
・海外拠点との調整・コミュニケーション（英語使用あり）
・生産計画に基づく出荷・船積管理
条件・待遇
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（業務の約50％で使用）
・柔軟性と学習意欲が高く、新しい業務に積極的に取り組める能力
・チームワークを重視し、協力して業務を進められるスキル
・基本的な事務・管理能力（出荷手配、納期調整、書類作成など）
・貿易や物流に関する基礎知識があれば尚可（未経験でも学ぶ意欲があれば可）
