自動車シートや関連システムを製造する外資系メーカーの人事ジェネラリスト職です。

主な職務内容

  • 新卒・中途・派遣の採用業務全般
  • 研修プログラムの企画(ニーズ分析、目標設定、予算管理、スケジューリングなど)
  • リーダーシップ研修・オンボーディング・コンプライアンス研修などの運営支援(外部ベンダーや社内関係者などと連携)
  • 入社後のオンボーディング管理と定着支援
  • 人事評価制度・能力開発制度の管理運営
  • 経営判断に必要なHRデータの収集・分析・レポーティング
  • 社内コミュニケーションやエンゲージメント向上施策の推進

Join a global automotive manufacturer as an HR Generalist overseeing a wide range of HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, training, onboarding, and talent development. This role supports both strategic and hands-on HR activities, making it ideal for professionals seeking growth within a stable, international environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful HR initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational performance.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activities for new graduates, mid-career hires, and temporary staff.
  • Plan and implement training programs through needs analysis, goal setting, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver training initiatives including onboarding, leadership, and compliance.
  • Manage onboarding processes and support employee retention after hiring.
  • Oversee performance management and talent development cycles.
  • Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote effective communication and employee engagement across the organization through HR programs and initiatives.
