職務内容
- 受注システムへの注文入力
- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応
- 顧客満足度に関するデータを収集し、分析
- 他部門と連携し、顧客サービスの質を向上
- 新しいサービスやプロセスを導入し、顧客体験を向上

- 勤務時間：月－金 9:20-18:00
- 週2日の在宅勤務可能
