世界11か国・従業員2000名以上の外資系企業にて、日本および香港の株式市場コンプライアンスを担当するVP（※応相談）を募集しています。日本金融庁及び香港の規制当局との関係管理を中心に、APAC地域全体のコンプライアンス戦略の推進・リスク評価・ポリシー策定・教育などをリードしていただきます。

• 日本・香港株式のトレードオペレーションのコンプライアンスに関する助言
• 日本の金融庁および香港規制当局との関係構築・維持
• APAC地域のコンプライアンス戦略（リスク評価、ポリシー策定、内部統制導入）の実行
• 新規商品・市場・ビジネス施策のコンプライアンスレビューの主導
• APAC各拠点（それぞれ2〜3名）と協働し、地域全体のコンプライアンス整合性を確保すること
• 戦略的ワーキンググループへの参加、経営陣のサポート
• トレーディング部門向けのコンプライアンス研修プログラムの企画・実施
  

Join a leading global market maker with over 35 years of history and a strong presence across 11 offices worldwide as a VP, Compliance Advisory. Based in Hong Kong, you will lead compliance oversight for Japan and Hong Kong equities trading operations, managing relationships with regulators, and supporting the implementation of APAC-wide compliance strategies. This position offers full relocation support and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a highly collaborative, fast-paced global trading environment.

• Serve as the primary compliance advisor for Japan and Hong Kong equities trading operations.
• Manage regulatory relationships with the Japan Financial Services Agency (FSA) and Hong Kong authorities.
• Execute the APAC compliance strategy, including risk assessments, policy development, and control implementation.
• Lead compliance reviews for new products, markets, and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with compliance teams across APAC (2-3 people per office) to ensure regional alignment.
• Participate in strategic working groups with senior business leadership to advise on regulatory topics.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for trading desks and regional teams.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 香港に赴任する意志がある方
• 金融市場におけるコンプライアンス業務経験5年以上（VP以上）
• 日本の金融庁や、その他規制当局との関係構築経験、及びその実績
• 株式、債券、FX/FICC、トレードコンプライアンスまたはトレードサーベイランスの経験
• トレーディング関連のコンプライアンス/内部統制プログラムの導入経験
• 複雑な規制を正確に分析・解釈し、業務やビジネスの観点も考慮した実践的なアドバイスを行えること
• 大卒以上

• 国際的なビジネス環境におけるコミュニケーション能力
• ステークホルダーマネジメント能力（規制当局・経営層・トレーディングデスクなど）
• 倫理観・誠実さ、コンプライアンス意識
• リスクを的確に評価し、迅速に判断を下す意思決定力
• ストレス耐性

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（規制当局対応・社内調整に必須）。
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（APACチームおよび海外規制当局との連携に必要）。

• VP-level or above with 5+ years of compliance experience in financial markets.
• Proven experience managing regulatory relationships with the Japan FSA or similar authorities.

• Expertise in Japan and Hong Kong equities market regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance programs related to equities, fixed income, FX/FICC, or trading surveillance.

• Japanese: Native-level fluency (mandatory).
• English: Business-level proficiency (required for regional collaboration).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret complex regulations and provide practical guidance.
• High integrity, ethical standards, and sound risk judgment.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Experience at a global market maker or proprietary trading firm.
• Knowledge of other APAC financial markets.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent.
