企業のユーザー様のITテクニカルサポートとしてオンサイトサポートとリモートサポートを行って頂きます。

現在約10ヵ国以上の国籍の社員が働く、多国籍企業です。
お客様のユーザー様が使用しているシステムやパソコンに関する質問やトラブルについて、そのユーザをサポートする仕事になります。
基本的な仕事内容としましては、下記になります。
1．お客様先で使用しているシステムやアプリケーションについての質問、トラブル対応
2．パソコン操作方法
3．プリンタなど周辺機器の使い方
4．PCやその他機器の修理手配など
ユーザ様からの質問の受付は、基本的に電話、メール、チャットや、社内ヘルプデスクの場合はユーザ本人と直接会って対応する場合もあります。
