Join a leading global asset management firm as a Compliance VP, supporting both investment trust and investment advisory businesses across traditional and alternative asset classes. You will play a key role in safeguarding regulatory integrity, collaborating with domestic and international teams, and ensuring the business operates in full compliance with local and global standards. • Review internal materials and ensure full alignment with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory interactions, including preparation and communication with authorities.
• Provide advisory support to internal teams on compliance issues across asset classes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with global compliance teams to align standards and policies.
• Contribute to the enhancement and consistency of compliance frameworks across the business.

必須条件 経験 :

• アセットマネジメント会社にて７年以上の社会人経験　必須。
• ビジネスコンプライアンス業務必須
• 母国語の日本語力。意思疎通可能な英語力。大卒以上。

• コンプライアンスのスキル。

• AMビジネス全般、アセットクラス全般的にある企業で働けます。
• 英語力を活かせます。

• Over 7 years of experience in an asset management company, with hands-on exposure to business compliance.
• Strong understanding of investment trust and investment advisory regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear advisory guidance.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level (for internal communication and overseas collaboration).

• Experience working across a broad range of asset classes.
• Strong compliance expertise specific to the asset management industry.
