• 開発中化合物に関して、統計面から開発戦略を含むプログラム全体をサポート
• 統計関連成果物の責任者として、国内外プロジェクトチームの意思決定に寄与
• 部門内のイノベーション推進やスキル向上の文化形成に貢献
• 社内外で部門の代表として活動し、組織の評判向上をサポート
• 医薬品開発の最新トレンド（RWD活用、複雑なイノベーティブデザイン等）を把握し、戦略提案・実行に反映
• 統計担当者として、申請資料の作成や規制当局対応を通じて承認取得に貢献

Join a global biopharmaceutical organization as a Biostatistics Lead, driving statistical strategy and execution across clinical development programs. In this high-impact role, you will partner with global teams to shape study design, guide data-driven decisions, and support high-quality regulatory submissions. You will contribute to innovative statistical methodologies, mentor teams, and strengthen the organization's scientific reputation through collaboration and technical excellence.

• Represent the statistics function in clinical development programs and contribute to strategic planning.
• Oversee statistical deliverables and advise cross-functional teams on data-driven decision-making.
• Support regulatory submissions and interactions from a statistical perspective.
• Monitor emerging methodologies such as RWD and innovative clinical designs and integrate them into development planning.
• Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the department.
• Enhance the organization's professional reputation through internal and external engagement activities.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a statistician in clinical development.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions and approvals with at least one major authority.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R, including experience with sample size estimation and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and global collaboration.

• Effective stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
• Adaptability to evolving statistical methodologies and industry trends.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Leadership experience managing a statistics or programming team.
• Experience with RWD methodologies.
• Familiarity with innovative clinical trial designs.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 生物統計学、または統計学の院卒以上
• 臨床試験の統計担当者としての実務経験6年以上
• 規制当局への申請・承認経験（FDA、EMA、PMDA、CDEなど、いずれでも可）
• 最新の統計手法に関して建設的な議論ができる専門知識と、幅広い視野に基づく柔軟な思考力
• 統計プログラミング（例：SAS、R）およびサンプルサイズ／シミュレーションツール（例：EAST、nQuery、WinBugs等）の知識
• CDISC標準（SDTM/ADaM）の知識

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（国内外の関係者との調整・交渉あり）
• 主体的かつ自律的に業務を推進できること
• 戦略と実務をバランスよくこなせること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 統計チームまたはプログラミングチームのリーダーなど、リーダーシップ経験があれば尚可
