Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (GPA 2.5+)

     

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR-related regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
  • Develop HR strategies and implement company regulations
  • Liaise with government agencies (Labor Department, work permits)
  • Recruitment and selection of qualified personnel
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Calculate salaries, wages, and personal income tax
  • Handle Social Security and Provident Fund contributions
  • Monitor time attendance and maintain employee database
  • Plan and supervise training programs and evaluations
  • Maintain workplace order and employee welfare
  • Oversee HR department operations and resources
