หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- สรรหาบุคลากร (Talent Acquisition)
- การบริหารจัดการผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Performance Management)
- การพัฒนาบุคลากร (Talent Development)
- การจัดการแรงจูงใจและผลตอบแทน (Talent Incentive)
- การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและดูแลพนักงาน (Corporate Culture & Employee Care)
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี หากมีพื้นฐานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้ชีวิตและทำงานในประเทศไทย พร้อมความเข้าใจกฎหมายและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนและภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
