Location: Bangkok (with occasional travel to suburban production site)
Employment Type: Full-time 

Working condition: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 

Our client, a leading company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a Japanese Interpreter to support executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during meetings, conferences, and executive visits (Japanese ⇔ Thai).

• Translate business documents, articles, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy and cultural nuance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication.

• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Interpreter Center Manager.

• Support interpretation duties at production and manufacturing sites in the Bangkok suburban area.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 or equivalent proficiency in Japanese.
  (JLPT N2 candidates with strong interpretation skills are welcome.)

• Proven experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation.

• Strong understanding of business terminology; FMCG experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel to suburban production sites as required.
