Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a technical specialist for resolving customer challenges specifically related to HVLS fans. 

• Provide technical support in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, including communication with and visits to consultants, and customers. 

• Monitor and control project progress, attend project status meetings, and provide regular performance and status reports. 

• Prepare and submit project documents and technical drawings, including DWG files based on project submission requirements. 

• Ensure a thorough understanding of and ability to communicate the technical specifications and functionality of the products being marketed. 

• Coordinate internally with sales and installation contractors to ensure project requirements are met. 

• Carry out any additional assignments or duties as directed by management. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably with HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical systems. 

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 

• Strong technical knowledge of HVLS fans or similar mechanical systems. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to prepare and submit DWG files for project documentation and coordination. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. 

• Strong organizational and project management skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
