PR/096324 | Architectural Laboratory Planner / Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lab Planning & Design:

Work with department leads on planning for new builds, and A&A projects.

• User Engagement:

Conduct workshops & meetings with relevant stakeholders to map workflows and translate needs into efficient spatial programs.

• Regulatory Alignment:

Ensure full compliance with prevailing Statutory Guidelines and the relevant international standards, including Design for Safety, Design for Maintainability, and Universal Design.

• Detailed Planning & Documentation:

Develop functional diagrams, zoning layouts, adjacency matrices, and space programs. Review or produce design documentation and collaborate with architectural and MEP consultants.

• Project & Client Coordination:

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and client-side project teams across all project phases.

• Internal Growth:

Help build scalable planning tools and internal design standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized institution

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related scope (above)

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and presentation software (InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows

Bonus Skillsets

• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders

• Familiarity with Singapore compliance frameworks
