Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and deliver on design of healthcare projects across SEA
Co-ordinate and work alongside design and project management team
Co-ordinate work effort of multiple teams on large projects
Business Development and client relationship development
Contribute to proposal / bids / meetings and negotiations
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in planning within healthcare sector (peer to current medical planner).
Needs to work independently.
Strong communication with clients, good with influencing and closing.
Reports to the Director of Design and Planning.
Experience in both re-modelling / upgrading works and designing from scratch.
Project experience (in Healthcare Facilities): Can range from $5M - $150M (30,000sqm).
Experience with architectural software.
