【職務内容】
・自動旋盤のセットアップ、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティングを通じた安定稼働の確保
・CADを用いた加工プログラムの作成および製造プロセスの効率化
・金属切削部品の品質管理、検査、改善策の立案
・インド人スタッフへの技術指導、作業手順
・安全基準の徹底、チームマネジメント
・製造・技術部門のプロジェクト進捗管理、スケジュール・リソース調整
・材料費・加工費などのコスト管理、予算内での生産実現と改善提案
・試作の作り込みによる量産体制の確立、工程設計・標準化の推進
【応募要件】
・自動旋盤経験者
・英語力日常会話レベル以上
・自動車業界経験者
【歓迎要件】
英語ビジネスレベル
