Job Description
Company and Job Overview
Our client is a world-leader in hatchery and husbrandry equipment.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing and servicing incubators, HVAC solutions, hatchery equipment, and other electronic control systems. You will supervise on-site works together with a team of technicians assigned to you.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and maintain incubators, hatchery equipment, and related systems.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities with assigned technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols during installation and servicing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
- Prepare service reports and documentation after each assignment.
- Travel abroad for extended periods as required for projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Electro-mechanics.
- Good basic knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of machinery is an advantage.
- Flexible, independent, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work under a self-employment collaboration model.
- Willingness to travel regionally/internationally for long durations.
