OVERVIEW
デザイン賞を多数受賞するデザイン企業です。大手企業の事業創造やサービス開発を支援し、UXデザインを中心に、上流工程から実装まで一貫して関わることができる環境です。日本本社を基盤に、マレーシア含む東南アジアにも拠点を展開し、グローバルなチームでプロジェクトを推進しています。今回のポジションは、日本本社採用または数年日本への出向を前提とし、海外拠点との連携を強化する重要な役割です。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
クライアントとの要件定義、ヒアリング、課題抽出
- UXリサーチ（ユーザーインタビュー、アンケート）を通じたサービス検討
- サービスやソリューションの企画・提案
- デザイナー・エンジニアとの協働による進行管理（期日までに完成させる）
- プロジェクト全体のQCD管理と公開後の改善対応
- 海外拠点メンバーとの連携（海外出張含む）
JOB REQUIREMENTS
必須スキル
- ITコンサル、SIer、制作会社経験歓迎
- UXデザイン、サービスデザイン、UIデザインへの強い関心
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
歓迎スキル
クライアントワーク経験
- コンサルティング、ソリューション営業、PM/PL経験
- 中国語（マンダリン）
