- M365（Exchange Online、SharePoint、Teams等）の設計・導入・運用
- オンプレミスや他クラウドからのM365移行プロジェクトの推進
- セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、ガバナンス設定の最適化
- 複雑なM365課題のトラブルシューティング（L2/L3サポート）
- ユーザートレーニングや導入促進ワークショップの実施

- M365管理・運用の実務経験4年以上
- Exchange Online、SharePoint、Teams、Intuneに精通
- PowerShellによるスクリプト作成・自動化スキル
- 日本語（N2レベル）＋英語ビジネスレベル
- Microsoft認定資格（MS-100、MS-101）保持者歓迎
