がん診断領域における製品の販売戦略を立案・実行し、腎臓内科など新規市場を開拓するポジションです。新製品の市場導入をリードし、将来的にはチームマネジメントも期待されます。

世界的に展開する大手診断機器メーカーの日本法人です。臨床診断や免疫診断など幅広い製品群を持ち、医療現場で革新的なソリューションを提供しています。職務内容
- 腎臓内科を中心とした新規顧客開拓および提案型営業
- がん診断関連製品の販売戦略立案、KPI設定、マーケットプラン作成
- 新製品ローンチに向けた市場浸透施策の実行
- 将来的なチームマネジメント（営業、MSL、テクニカルサポート）
- 全国エリアの担当（出張あり：月1〜2回程度）
条件・待遇
- 年収：1,000〜1,200万円＋インセンティブ
- ハイブリッド勤務（東京オフィス、週1回程度在宅可）
- キャリアパス：将来的にチームマネージャーへの昇格可能性あり
