主な職務内容

• FX、マネーマーケットの決済業務を担当していただきます
• FX、マネーマーケット商品や税務関連の国内規制や銀行・決済システムの把握
• 決済プロセス/手順書の更新・管理（システム変更、日本市場の慣行、規制改正等の反映）
• FX/MM取引のコンファメーションの確認、正確・タイムリーな送金
• Nostro口座照合、キャッシュマネジメントの承認（日次）
• クライアントからの問い合わせ対応、顧客との信頼関係の強化
• オペリスク管理支援
• グローバルシステム統合プロジェクトのサポート、業務フローの改善など（海外チームや関連部署との連携含む）

Join a global financial institution as an Operations Settlement Officer supporting FX and Money Market settlement processes. In this role, you will manage daily confirmation checks, regulatory reporting, cash reconciliation, and client inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk control across financial transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and global counterparts to support system enhancements and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local FX, Money Market, and tax regulations, as well as banking and settlement systems.
• Update and manage procedure manuals to align with system changes, regulatory updates, and market practices.
• Verify confirmations for all FX/MM transactions prior to remittance to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
• Reconcile Nostro accounts daily and approve cash management operations.
• Handle client inquiries promptly, maintain strong relationships, and resolve issues efficiently to reduce operational risk.
• Support global system integration projects and collaborate with internal teams to improve operational workflows.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界経験5〜7年程度
• 決済、トレードサポート、オペレーションなどの実務経験
• FX（スポット/フォワード含む）、オプション、ローン、先物、CSA（担保契約）の知識
• 第三者/異常な取引に関連するAML規制の知識

ソフトスキル：

• リスク管理意識
• 細部までミスなく正確に業務を進められること

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, including settlement or trade support.
• Understanding of FX Spot/Forward, Options, Loans, Futures, and collateral agreements such as CSA.
• Knowledge of AML requirements related to third-party or unusual transactions.

Soft Skills:

• Strong risk-control mindset and exceptional attention to detail.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with fixed income or other financial instruments.
• Background in global markets settlement operations.
