【研究内容について】
・T細胞と呼ばれる病気と闘う白血球を患者さんの血液から取り出し、遺伝子を改変した後、患者さんの体内に戻します。遺伝子を改変した細胞をCAR T細胞と呼び、CAR T細胞はがん細胞上の抗原蛋白を認識しこれを標的として攻撃を開始します。
・従来のCAR T細胞と比較しより治療効果を高めた独自のCAR T細胞の研究開発をおこなっています。

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・がんや免疫、がん免疫の分野に関する研究経験
・免疫細胞を用いたELISAやフローサイトメトリーなどの免疫学的解析
・遺伝子組み換え実験
（クローニングやプラスミド精製、遺伝子導入、PCRなど）
・マウスを用いた動物実験
・チーム体制でのプロジェクト実施
・Word、Excel、PowerPointを用いたデータ解析・データ整理や資料作成
