・大卒以上
・製薬業界において、品質保証業務5年以上
・品質マネジメントシステムの責任者として運用管理・改善等の経験
・国内外のGxP関連法規に関する知識
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキルとリーダーシップ
・日本語、英語でのコミュニケーション能力（中級以上：ビジネス英語）

・薬剤師
・海外での業務経験
・ファシリテーションスキル
・Power Platformに関する実務経験
・Operational Excelence
【語学】
英語（ビジネスレベル）
