MBT 、 NIKE などの有名ブランド日本正規販売総代理店。NIKE事業部では前期よりJリーグチームのユニフォーム制作も着手。
■業務概要：
マーケティング責任者としてMBTおよびNIKEのマーケティング戦略立案・実行、EC運営を社長直下でお任せします。
現在、販促担当者が3名、EC担当者3名所属していますので、そのメンバーとタッグを組んでブランド拡大に貢献頂く予定です。
様々なマーケティング手法が想定されますが手法の考案からお任せします。
■想定される業務例：
【メインでお任せしたい分野】
・年間／月次プロモーション計画の立案と運用
・ECサイト・SNS・オウンドメディア・広告などのデジタル施策の企画実行
・販促ツール（POP、什器、WEBバナー等）の制作ディレクション
・PR会社、インフルエンサー、メディアとの連携管理
・効果検証・売上分析・市場分析とレポーティング
・関連部門（営業、商品、経営企画等）との連携
・予算管理・外注先マネジメント
【既存メンバーと二人三脚でお任せしたい業務】
・小売・卸チャネルへの販売促進施策提案および支援

Required Skills
■必須条件：
・消費財・アパレル・スポーツ関連商品のマーケティング経験（ECサイト・SNS・オウンドメディア・広告など手法問わず）
・スポーツ業界、ないしはアパレル業界にてブランドをグロースさせた実績をお持ちの方
・英語に抵抗がない方（メールやオンラインでのやり取りが発生します）
■歓迎条件：
・ECやSNSに強い方（Instagram広告、LINE連携など）
・ビジネスでの英語使用経験
