・新宿校全体（既存校舎＋新規校舎）の事業計画策定および学校運営業務全般
・人材マネジメントや組織の運営
・予算および収支管理
・各種プロジェクトの統括
・対外折衝、ステークホルダー対応
・業務プロセスの改善、DX推進

・変化への対応力・強い課題解決能力
・経営視点を持った学校運営を担っていただける方
【歓迎条件】
・教育機関での管理職経験5年以上
・新規校開設や新規プロジェクト立ち上げの経験
・IT・DX推進や業務改善プロジェクトの主導経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外との連携や従業員多様化対応のため）
