【業務内容】
海外現地法人を中心に、グループ会社の課題に向き合い、解決に向けた手段を提案・実施することで、組織と社員の成長を担う業務です。
課題の解決に最適な提案を外部のソリューションから選び、組み合わせることはもちろん、ゼロから内製し企画提案することもあります。
