Join a global financial services firm as a Compliance Assistant supporting securities trading activities in Japan. In this role, you will help ensure adherence to Japanese regulations, strengthen internal controls, and support monitoring, training, and regulatory engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring compliance professional to build hands-on experience within a leading international firm operating across Asia-Pacific.

• Support compliance monitoring of policies, internal controls, and regulatory risk in alignment with Japanese regulations.
• Assist in internal inspections and investigations, documenting findings and tracking follow-up actions.
• Provide advisory support to business units on compliance matters, reviewing new products and initiatives for regulatory alignment.
• Participate in communication with regulators to identify emerging risks and contribute to firm-wide compliance initiatives.
• Support training activities related to compliance updates, regulatory changes, and best practices.

• リスク管理意識
• 細部への注意力、業務の正確性
• コンプライアンス、ガバナンス、リスク領域でキャリアを築く意欲

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（文章・会話）
• 学習意欲が高く、協調性があり、主体的に動ける方

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• コンプライアンス、リスク、法務、監査部門での経験歓迎（但し必須ではありません）
• 日本の金融規制に関する知識

• Knowledge or experience with financial products and services.
• Interest in compliance, governance, and risk management.

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Prior experience in compliance, risk, legal, or audit is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Understanding of Japanese regulatory frameworks.
