【業務範囲】：
1．プロジェクトサポート プロジェクトカードの新規作成・管理
プロジェクトステータスの定期アップデート
月次プロジェクトレポートの作成
工数データ（週次・月次）の検証およびERPへの計上
2. 購買サポート
新規Vendorのチェック・登録、Vendorカードの作成
既存Vendorのデータ管理
機械・工具等の購買プロセス支援
輸出入業務のサポート（海外子会社とのコミュニケーション含む）
3. 総務業務
備品の購入および在庫管理
宅配便・発送業務の手配
事務所管理（セキュリティ関連を含む）
Vendor管理（社宅関連含む）
ISO関連業務のサポート
4. 固定資産管理
社内固定資産番号付与および紐づけ業務
固定資産取得・廃棄に関する窓口対応
5. ITサポート
IT機器の管理
PC・スマートフォンなどの貸与機器の入退社対応
IT関連の一次窓口（トラブル受付・対応調整）
