•海上輸送を中心とした輸出入フォワーディング業務
•船会社等へのブッキング・各種手配
•B/L等の船積書類に関する対応
•顧客・船会社・社内関係者とのスケジュール調整
•運賃・料金等に関する顧客対応
•既存顧客との関係維持・深耕
•顧客ニーズの把握および輸送サービスの提案
•担当顧客の売上・粗利益を意識した案件管理
