経験： 以下条件を満たす方
・建設業での設備施工管理経験 3年以上（特に現場の施工管理）
・電気、空調、または衛生設備施工いずれかの経験
・ベトナム勤務経験（東南アジア経験は要相談）
語学： 英語 基礎会話レベル（ゼネコン、協力会社、スタッフとコミュニケーションが取れるレベル）、コミュニケーション力
