Job Description
Manufacturing / Automotive Components / Packaging
- Support the setup, layout design, and process optimization of RakSiam’s packaging and light assembly operation.
Assist in site evaluation and selection.
- Develop process flow, workstation layout, and equipment plans.
- Identify semi-automated packaging equipment (blister, labeling, clamshell).
- Create SOPs, QA checklists, and operator training materials.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during setup and pilot runs.
- Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives post-launch.
