Job Description
: ผู้จัดการฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต (PC Manager)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รักษาระดับสินค้าคงคลังให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้สามารถส่งมอบตรงเวลาและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
รับผิดชอบในการค้นหาวัสดุ ซัพพลายเออร์ และกระบวนการใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพ ความน่าเชื่อถือ ราคา ความต่อเนื่อง และการส่งมอบที่ดีที่สุด
กำหนดขั้นตอนและกำกับดูแลการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังทั้งรายเดือนและรายปี
กำกับดูแล ประเมินผล และให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงาน
ประสานงานกับผู้ประสานงานสายผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการวางแผนและการคาดการณ์คำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปตามแผน
รักษาความสัมพันธ์และเจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์
จัดซื้อวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ตามข้อกำหนด
ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายวัสดุเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
ปริญญาตรีหรือโทสาขาการจัดการธุรกิจ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน โลจิสติกส์
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายวัสดุ โลจิสติกส์ หรือวางแผนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนได้อย่างดี
มีความเข้าใจระบบซัพพลายเชนและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังอย่างลึกซึ้ง
มีความรู้ขั้นสูงเกี่ยวกับการคาดการณ์และกระบวนการจัดทำงบประมาณ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ พร้อมด้วยทักษะด้านเทคนิค การวิเคราะห์ และการแก้ปัญหาที่เหนือกว่า
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและภาวะผู้นำที่โดดเด่น
มีทักษะการบริหารเวลา การจัดการโครงการ การบริหารทีม และการตัดสินใจ
