接着剤・シーリング材の分野で長年の実績を持ち、主要自動車メーカーとの強固な取引関係があり、安定性がある企業。
世界12か国に展開し、このポジションでは営業GMとしてタイ人のマネジメントもするので、グローバルな経験を幅広く積むことができる。
職務内容
営業部署におけるGMとして下記業務をお任せいたします。
■営業部門の統括：2部署（タイ人アシスタントマネージャー2人）をまとめ、営業戦略を策定・実行。
■顧客対応
➀海外物流事業部（管轄地域：南アフリカ、パキスタン、インド、台湾、マレーシア、インドネシア、フィリピン、ベトナム）
海外の代理店や海外日系企業からの問い合わせに対応。基本はメールでのやり取りとなる。
②国内営業事業部
タイ国内の日系自動車OEMメーカーとの関係構築・維持。
■チームマネジメント：タイ人スタッフの育成・業績管理。
■日本本社、海外グループ生産拠点とのやり取り
※週末にクライアントとのゴルフが発生します。
必須条件
■製造業での営業経験をお持ちの方（自動車業界経験があれば尚良し）
■海外で勤務経験をお持ちの方
■英語ビジネスレベル以上をお持ちの方
歓迎条件
■タイでの経験をお持ちの方（タイの商習慣理解している方）
