Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HVAC projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Design and plan HVAC systems for industrial and commercial facilities, including cleanrooms and utility systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, construction, procurement) and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, cost control, and progress reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or M&E contracting.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC projects for factories and warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom standards, and utility systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and Japanese engineering standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
