COMPANY OVERVIEW
A company in the energy technology sector is hiring for a Senior QC Engineer position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage QC Team for daily quality control activities.
- Monitor quality of raw materials, components, semi-finished, and finished products to meet specifications.
- Develop and update work instructions for the QC department.
- Oversee vendor and supplier quality performance.
- Analyze production defects and implement improvements for products and processes.
- Prepare and report on outgoing finished goods quality performance.
- Conduct training for new QC inspectors and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Consolidate shift issues and report to superiors, providing backup for absent QC inspectors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience working as Quality Engineering roles in Manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee QC team.
