Job Description:
- Overseeing and manage all customs clearance, payment of customs and documentation activities
- Management of forwarding team – Planning, Organising, Directing and Controlling
- Liaison with customs department, Sirim, Marquis and other departments for application of permits etc
- Ensure Renewal and Maintain of various licenses including Customs Operating Licenses, Bonded warehouse licenses, Bonded trucks, Sugar Tax etc.
- Maintain membership and close liaison with Forwarding Association (SFFLA)
- Respond to customer enquiries related import/export procedures
- Familiar with customs formalities, including bonded warehouse, SST, import/export procedures
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality management
Job Requirement :
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience working in logistic industry / forwarding industry
