Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance and trends using statistical methods and tools.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff and other employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure quality integration and alignment.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities on quality matters.
- Evaluate and recommend quality improvement opportunities and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Engineering or Quality Management, Business Statistics or a related field.
- Certification in quality assurance or quality management (such as ISO 9000, CQE, CQM, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or a similar role in a manufacturing or service
industry. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
