- 年度予算・中期計画の策定
- 月次・四半期フォーキャスト管理
- 業績分析・差異分析・収益性レポート
- 事業責任者との連携による戦略提言
- FP&Aプロセス改善・BIツール活用
- 財務・経理経験5年以上（FP&A経験3年以上）
- 高度な財務モデリング・Excelスキル
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（日本語力歓迎）
- 大卒以上（会計・財務・経済関連）
- BIツール（Power BI、Tableau）・ERP経験
- CPA/ACCA資格
- 多国籍企業でのFP&A経験
モントキアラ（2026年7月以降Pulau Indah）
