Job Description
■業務内容
・ベトナム法人立上げ・運営に伴う業務全般、市場調査、営業活動
・現地法人の経営・運営全般
・経営戦略、営業統括、人事・財務責任、対外契約署名など
・日本本社との連携および報告業務
・現地スタッフの採用・育成・評価体制の構築
・顧客・取引先（主に日系企業・現地企業）との関係構築・営業推進
・法務・会計・税務・労務関連の外部専門家（法律・会計事務所等）との対応窓口
・経営数値・KPI管理および事業計画の立案・実行
■要件
・ベトナムの日系建設業界において、部長職以上の立場で経営および組織マネジメントに5～10年以上従事した経験を有し、日系大手企業グループ（東京証券取引所プライム・スタンダード市場上場企業グループを含む）での勤務経験をお持ちの方。
・建設機材、プラント、レンタル、ゼネコン、サブコンなど、B to B事業における実務経験を有する方
・現地法人運営、損益管理、営業戦略、組織立上げの実績
・基本的な会社法、労働法、税務・会計知識を有する方
・ベトナムに永続的に居住する意思がある方
■待遇
5000USD-7500USD/月
