■ 募集概要
日本語・英語の両言語を扱いながら、ビジネス要件と技術ソリューションをつなぐ役割を担うビジネスアナリストを募集します。
グローバルチームや国内外のステークホルダーと連携し、要件定義、業務分析、プロジェクト支援など多岐にわたる活動に携わっていただきます。
■ 主な業務内容（Key Responsibilities）
- ビジネスステークホルダーからの要件収集・整理（日本語・英語）
- 収集した要件を基にした業務分析および機能仕様書の作成
- 各種ミーティング、ワークショップ、プレゼンテーションのファシリテーション
- ビジネス側とITチームの橋渡し役となり、要件認識のズレを防ぐ調整業務
- プロジェクトライフサイクルにおけるテスト支援、トレーニング、変更管理サポート
- 業務フロー、ユーザーストーリー、RTM（要求追跡表）など各種ドキュメント作成
- プロセス改善領域の特定および改善案の提案
- 内部基準や関連規制への準拠確認

- 3年以上のビジネスアナリスト経験（または類似職務）
■ 歓迎スキル（Nice to Have）
- Agile または Waterfall のプロジェクト経験
- 海外チームとの業務経験
- IT背景を持つ方（アプリ、インフラ、ERPなど）
