Job Description
グループ全体のコンプライアンス水準向上のため、以下の業務を担当します 。
- 啓発活動の企画・運営
コンプライアンス研修、eラーニング、メルマガ等の企画・実施 。 - ステークホルダー連携
法務、内部監査、海外グループ会社などの経営層や関係部署との調整・
合意形成 - 分析・レポート作成
コンプライアンス意識調査の設問設計、データ分析、経営層への
報告資料作成 。 - 改善策の運用・モニタリング
リスク発見から改善策の立案、プロセス整備、モニタリングの主導 。 - 海外展開
海外拠点の責任者と協議し、現地の課題や文化に合わせた研修・施策のグローバル展開 。
