Job Title: L1 / L2 IT Support Engineer – Aviation Systems
Scope of Work
Provide break/fix support for various aviation systems, including but not limited to:
● Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE)
A shared airport platform enabling multiple airlines to use common check-in counters and boarding gates.
Components include:
PC, Monitor
ATB Printer (Automated Ticket & Boarding Pass Printer)
BTP Printer (Baggage Tag Printer)
DCP (Digital Copier Printer)
BGR (Boarding Gate Reader)
● Common Use Self Service (CUSS)
Shared self-service kiosks for check-in, boarding pass printing, and baggage tag printing.
● E-gates
Automated border control systems using biometric authentication.
● Passenger Flow Management Platform (PFM)
Smart-camera–based passenger flow detection and tracking system.
● BSM / BPM
BSM (Baggage Source Message): Initial bag journey information
BPM (Baggage Processed Message): Real-time updates on baggage handling status
● Consumable Replacement for Aviation Printers
● APH Support (IMACD)
Installation, Move, Add, Change, Delete activities
Shift Pattern
Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
8 working hours per day
Sample roster:
5 days ON, 2 days OFF
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Dispatch Support
Engineers may be dispatched to the following airports during normal business hours:
New Ishigaki Airport (ISG)
Miyazaki Airport (KMI)
Okayama Airport (OKJ)
Kobe Airport (UKB)
Estimated ticket volume: 7 tickets per month across the 4 airports
