- 福岡空港 ※日本国内の他空港への出張・ディスパッチ対応あり
■ 業務内容
空港内ITインフラおよび関連システムのL1・L2サポート業務を担当いただきます。
主な業務：
- 空港内IT機器、ネットワーク、サーバ、アプリケーションの一次・二次サポート
- インシデント対応（電話・メール・オンサイト）
- 空港運用に関わるシステム障害切り分け、エスカレーション
- 各種ドキュメント作成（作業報告書、手順書、構成管理情報など）
- ベンダー、他拠点サポートチームとの連携
- 必要に応じて、他空港へのディスパッチサポート

- 基本的なITインフラ知識（PC・ネットワーク・サーバ・業務端末）
- シフト勤務に対応可能な方
■ 歓迎スキル
- 空港業務システム（CUTE/CUPPS、手荷物システム、搭乗ゲート関連機器など）のサポート経験
- ITIL資格保持者
- ネットワーク/サーバに関する基礎資格（CCNA、LPICなど）
■ 言語要件
- 日本人エンジニア： Native Japanese
- 外国籍エンジニア： Native Japaneseレベルの日本語必須（ビジネス/技術コミュニケーションに支障がないこと）
