半導体業界における営業戦略の立案・実行を担うセールスディレクターを募集しています。5〜6名の営業チームを率い、日本市場でのビジネス拡大を推進していただきます。

- 日本市場における営業戦略の策定と実行
- 既存顧客との関係強化および新規開拓
- 営業チーム（5〜6名）のマネジメントと育成
- 売上目標の達成に向けたKPI管理と改善施策の推進
- 市場動向や競合分析を通じたビジネスチャンスの創出
