本ポジションは、日本市場における免疫領域の主要製品の戦略的マーケティングを統括するシニアリーダー職です。10名以上のクロスファンクショナルチームを率い、長期的な価値創出と患者への貢献を推進していただきます。

職務内容
- 日本市場における免疫領域製品の10年戦略マーケティングプランの策定と実行
- 開発、供給、財務、営業などの部門と連携し、戦略を推進
- 製品ライフサイクル管理や適応拡大を含む全オペレーションの統括
- ビジネスパートナーとの戦略的交渉を通じて患者価値を最大化
- オムニチャネルおよび製品マーケティングリードを含む3名の直属部下、計10名以上のチームをマネジメント
- マーケティング予算の管理とビジネス目標との整合性確保
- 導入候補製品の評価支援
- チームメンバーの能力開発と育成
条件・待遇
- 想定年収：約2,600万円（基本給、賞与、LTI含む）
